Optoelectronics2Application (O2A)

Optoelectronics2Application (O2A) research group is led by Dr. Vivek Garg in Electronics Engineering at S.V. National Institute of Technology (NIT) Surat.  O2explores the optoelectronic properties of nanostructured materials and their application in Energy Harvesting/Storage, Photodetection. The group is also involved in exploring the quantum phenomenon in light and its application in the field of Imaging, Sensing, and Communication.  

O2A has been actively involved with collaborative research activities with the experts from IISc Bangalore, IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT Indore, IIT Patna, IIT Ropar, RRCAT Indore, UGC DAE-CSR Indore, NIT Karnataka, NIT Calicut, NIT Nagpur, NIT Patna, NIT Srinagar, IIITDM Jabalpur, and DIAT Pune. Moreover, International collaborators are from the USA, Germany, Japan, Australia, South Korea, and Russia
